Preparation Instructions
For best results, thaw product, then heat at 350F, 8-10 minutes. If frozen, increase time to 20 minutes. Or squish them a bit and put them in the toaster. If you just can’t wait, they’re good warmed in the microwave, too.

My Story
My name is Deb Rogalsky and I’ve been making and selling good things to eat since I was in grade 6, when I baked cupcakes in ice cream cones and sold them to my classmates for 10 cents each.
Since then, I have found my niche in meatbuns/perishky. My mom made these when I was young, and they were always a special treat, usually reserved for school picnics. I make her ground beef recipe, as well as a traditional Ukrainian sauerkraut bun.
But I didn’t stop there! I currently have a menu of over 20 kinds of savoury fillings. Great for lunches, snacks, and entertaining, you’re sure to love them!
